- Is the Consumer App free for diners?
- Yes. The AllerLink app for diners is completely free — no subscription, no in-app purchases, no paywall, ever. Restaurants pay; diners do not.
- What happens at the end of the free trial?
- You will need a paid subscription to publish menus to diners. Your data and menus are preserved — you can subscribe at any time.
- Can I manage multiple restaurants under one account?
- Yes. One Tenant account can manage multiple Businesses and Restaurants. Each restaurant is billed as one seat on your subscription.
- How does billing work for additional Chef Seats?
- Chef Seats are added and billed at the Tenant level. You then allocate seats across your restaurants as needed. Stripe handles proration automatically.
- What allergen standards are supported?
- AllerLink supports EU/UK 14 mandatory allergens, FDA 9 (USA), Canada 10, and FSANZ (Australia). The applicable standard is applied automatically based on your restaurant's country.
